X-plane 11 is the flight simulator, so of course this situation doesn't happen in real life. I tried the Boeing 787 during the stormy weather. I set the weather to extreme limit to see how the airplane can handle the physic. I was surprised with the wing flex, and I couldn't reproduce same situation with other airplanes.
